Episode 4: Dealing with Aging Parents

We all know how the cycle of life works but it still hurts to see our parents having a hard time doing something that they once easily did. Imagine the anxiety they feel when they realize this. But hard as it is, they need to deal with it. Our parents have been our  guide and support system growing up and even into our early adulthood. Now it is our turn to support them.

To deal with aging parents, I will be talking about the 10 things you should have in place. Looking after our aging parents is something we just have to deal with and nobody ever really prepares us for this. But I want to encourage and prepare us because our parents have looked after us all our lives.

Take note of the tips that I will share so we can enjoy our parents while they’re still here!

Highlights & Resources:

  • Our visit to my mother in law

  • Advice I gave to my husband

  • Reach out for support
